Made many changes and fixes to the Skill Guide, Smithing. The forging tables (smelt + forge only) assumed 30 items could be forged per bank run, but the hammer reduces the inventory space to 29. The number of bank runs for smithing always assumed 30 bars used not the actual number of bars requires so it's bank run calculation was off for less than 30 items forged. This has all been corrected. Added a smelting and forging analysis section which was used to test the forging table accuracy for bronze daggers and rune plate bodies.

Added more details to the Monster data base for Wormbrain(7), Happy Peasant(25) and Unhappy Peasant(25).
Updated the calculators monster data base for Wormbrain(7), Happy Peasant(25) and Unhappy Peasant(25).
Added a partial drop table for Wormbrain(7), 110 entries. This is all that is needed to verify what Wormbrain(7) drops.

Updated and corrected several entries in the Item, NPC and Monster data bases.
Added images of the various notes ( scatched, scrawled, scribbled ) to the Item data base.
The three warrior spirits ( Irvig Senay, Ranalph Devere, San Tojalon ) are now classified as undead in the Monster data base.
Added the names, Dwarven shopkeeper and Nulodion to the Shops, Inns, Bars, Cafes and Pubs information page.

Added images to the Monster Data Base, Black Knight Titan(146), Unhappy Peasant(25) and Happy Peasant(25).
Added images to the NPC Data Base, Fisher King, Fisherman, King Percival, Maiden, Merlin and Sir Percival.
Added images to the Maps Data Base, Fisher King Realm dilapidated and restored.
Added an image= to the Locations Data Base, The Holy Grail.
Corrected names in the NPC and Monster Data Bases, Fisherman (was Head Fisherman), Happy Peasant (happy was in parentheses) and Unhappy Peasant (unhappy was in parentheses).
Verified xps for killing a peasant (happy or unhappy) and that they can be ranged.
The new images for the Black Knight Titan(146) and Merlin are replacements.
Made some minor edits to the info for the NPC and Monster Data Base entries affected by the new images.

Corrected all references to the floor level for Helemos' Dragon Battle Axes Shop in the Hero's Guild. Many references cited the 2nd floor. He's on the 1st floor.
